Our Delivery
Delivery costs are based on the weight, size and destination.
We use post for all our deliveries, as follows
- All standard orders are sent by registered parcel post;
- Standard delivery costs are based on the weight, size and destination
- Costs are displayed at checkout before you pay.
- You can request delivery by Express Post – fixed costs apply.
- We strive to have all orders out within 24 hours, excluding Saturday or Sunday or any holidays. These orders will be processed the following business day.

Extended Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange or instore credit your product within 24 hours of purchase at vendor markets with the original receipt.
